Car Registration Information
We’re excited to have you join us on August 30st for what promises to be an amazing event! Here’s some important information to ensure your day runs smoothly:
- Entry Point: You can enter Main Street off of N Behrend Ave.
- Parking: Once you park your car on Main Street, please head over to our Habitat for Humanity booth in Orchard Park.
- Registration: We will be taking registrations from 2 PM - 4 PM. The entry fee is $25 per car.
- Payment: We’ll be accepting payments for car registrations at the show. We will take cash or PayPal.
- Classes and Awards: This year, we have 10 different classes plus a Board Member's Choice and an LED Under glow class. Awards will be given to the top three in each category.
Trophies will be awarded to the top three in each class. Additionally, we’ll have an Underglow Class, Board Members’ Choice Award, and a $10 Bike Class!
Sponsor Levels
Trophy Sponsor ($50)
- ad on a website for one month before the events with the company logo
- Company recognition on the TRHFH website, social channels, and event posts.
- The day of the event recognition company announced several times during the event.
Silver Sponsor ($250)
- Ad on a website for one month before the events with the company logo.
- Company recognition on the TRHFH website, social channels, and event poster Company name or logo in our annual Looking Back, Monthly newsletter banner ad for one month before the event.
- Logo on event banner.
- The day of the event recognition company name is announced several times during the event.
Gold Sponsor ($500)
- Banner ad featured on a website for one month leading up to the events.
- Recognition of the Company on the TRHFH website, social media channels, and event poster. Inclusion of Company Name or Logo in our annual "Looking Back" newsletter and a monthly newsletter banner ad for one month before the event.
- Display of Logo on event banner.
- Inclusion of Logo on outreach materials such as posters and newsletters.
- On the day of the event, the company name will be announced several times for recognition.
1. Platinum Sponsor ($1,500)
- Banner ad placement on a website for two months.
- Company recognition on TRHFH website, social media platforms, and event poster. Inclusion of Company Name or Logo in our annual "Looking Back" newsletter and a monthly newsletter banner ad for one month leading up to the event.
- Display of Logo on event banner.
- Inclusion of Logo on outreach materials such as posters and newsletters.
- On-site recognition during the event with multiple announcements of the company name.
- On the day of the event, the company name will be announced several times for recognition.
Vendors Registration & Information

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Setup begins at 1:30 pm. Vendor check-in at Orchard Park at the Habitat Booth on Orchard and Main Street. Vendors can drive straight to the assigned spot to unload. After the event, you can return to pack up. Please park off Main Street during the event to make space for others.
2. A few reserved spots will be available in Orchard Park, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. All other vendor spaces will be located on Main Street between Allan and Orchard Street.
If you require a handicap-accessible spot, please contact Cindi Haws at (505) 258-9273 or [email protected] to make a reservation.
3. Please be set up by 3:00 pm when the event begins. Vendors must be present the entire time of the show, 3:00 – 9:00 pm, and agree to be open and stay during all hours.
4. Vendors are responsible for providing their own display, including tents, tables, chairs, etc. We will give you a 10x10 space.
5. No tent stakes are allowed for booth setup or product display. Please bring sandbags or other appropriate weights to hold your tent in place in case of wind.
6. No power or water is available at vendor sites.
7. WIFI will not be available. Please make other arrangements to complete transactions.
8. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and paying all applicable Sales Tax to the City of Farmington.
9. Please ensure your items are secure, and someone is always available at your booth. Tres Rios Habitat for Humanity and the City of Farmington are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
10. Portable bathrooms will be available along Main Street.
11. Exhibitors grant event organizers and their associates permission to use event photos for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your photos used, you must notify us in writing before the event.
12. Vendor cancellation: The vendor fee is non-refundable. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you will not be able to attend.
13. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendors from their space for not following the rules, regulations, terms, and conditions outlined in this agreement.
We ask that all vendors donate to the silent auction.
Volunteers will walk around during setup to collect silent auction items. Please provide the value of your donated item. While donations to the silent auction are voluntary, they are immensely appreciated. The funds raised directly support Tres Rios Habitat for Humanity and our mission to construct affordable homes for low-income families in San Juan County. Your generosity makes a significant impact on our community.
Vendor fee is non-refundable.

-Trailers: Please arrive at 1:30 PM.
- Other Vendors: Please plan to arrive between 1:45 PM and 2:00 PM.
Please come onto Main Street from N Orchard Ave. Once you’ve arrived, please stop at the Tres Rios Habitat for Humanity booth, which will be located in the gazebo in Orchard Park. One of our volunteers will greet you and guide you to your assigned spot.
Setup Time:
We ask that everyone be fully set up by 3:00 PM when the show officially starts.
Please unload your items and move your vehicle off Main Street as quickly as possible so other vendors can set up.
Silent Auction:
We also kindly request, though it is not mandatory, that each vendor consider donating an item for our silent auction. Your contributions help us raise additional funds for our mission, and they are greatly appreciated. We will have volunteers walking around collecting the items.
