RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Setup begins at 1:30 pm. Vendor check-in at Orchard Park at the Habitat Booth on Orchard and Main Street. Vendors can drive straight to the assigned spot to unload. After the event, you can return to pack up. Please park off Main Street during the event to make space for others.
2. A few reserved spots will be available in Orchard Park, offered on a first-come, first-served basis. All other vendor spaces will be located on Main Street between Allan and Orchard Street.

3. Please be set up by 3:00 pm when the event begins. Vendors must be present the entire time of the show, 3:00 – 9:00 pm, and agree to be open and stay during all hours.
4. Vendors are responsible for providing their own display, including tents, tables, chairs, etc. We will give you a 10x10 space.
5. No tent stakes are allowed for booth setup or product display. Please bring sandbags or other appropriate weights to hold your tent in place in case of wind.
6. No power or water is available at vendor sites.
7. WIFI will not be available. Please make other arrangements to complete transactions.
8. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and paying all applicable Sales Tax to the City of Farmington.
9. Please ensure your items are secure, and someone is always available at your booth. Tres Rios Habitat for Humanity and the City of Farmington are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
10. Portable bathrooms will be available along Main Street.
11. Exhibitors grant event organizers and their associates permission to use event photos for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your photos used, you must notify us in writing before the event.
12. Vendor cancellation: The vendor fee is non-refundable. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you will not be able to attend.
13. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any vendors from their space for not following the rules, regulations, terms, and conditions outlined in this agreement.
We ask that all vendors donate to the silent auction.
Volunteers will walk around during setup to collect silent auction items. Please provide the value of your donated item. While donations to the silent auction are voluntary, they are immensely appreciated. The funds raised directly support Tres Rios Habitat for Humanity and our mission to construct affordable homes for low-income families in San Juan County. Your generosity makes a significant impact on our community.
