Join Habitat for Humanity for a FREE homeowner education class on Saturday, May 8th, 10 am to 12 pm. You may attend virtually or in person at Bethany Christian Church, 711 E. 30th Street, Farmington. Childcare will be provided at no charge.
You'll learn the following:
- Transitioning from renter to home owner- maintenance, expenses etc.
- The home buyer process and paperwork- application, needed documents, etc.
- Importance of Credit Profile and Budgeting – tips on getting a keeping a strong credit score.
