Homeownership Program

Homeownership ProgramBuilding More Than a House—Building a FutureAt Tres Rios Habitat for Humanity, we believe everyone deserves a safe, stable, and affordable place to call home.
Through our Homeownership Program, local families partner with Habitat to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. Habitat homes are not given away. Families are selected through an application process and work alongside volunteers, donors, and our community to earn the opportunity to purchase their home.
If you're ready to invest in your future, we'd love to help you take the first step.
